Proposing: Islandora Awesome to move to Islandora Labs

Hi all,

I would like to formally propose that:

Islandora Awesome https://github.com/manez/islandora_awesome

become an Islandora component stored in Islandora Labs, with a canonical repo on GitHub owned by the Islandora Foundation, subject to the same release management and documentation processes as other Islandora modules.

The list is available under a public domain license, since it is just a list and does not contain any code or other contributions requiring a more restrictive license. The terms of this license do not require a CLA for contributions (this is also reflected in the CONTRIBUTING.md).
