LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN BIOSTATISTICS GRADE 7/8/9

 

£32,600 -  £62,323 pa

 

The North West has substantial activity and strength in the area of clinical trials. The MRC North West Hub for Trials Methodology Research (NWHTMR),

https://www.liv.ac.uk/translational-medicine/departmentsandgroups/nwhtmr/about/, is a partnership between the universities of Liverpool, Manchester, Lancaster and Bangor. The Clinical Trials Research Centre (CTRC) at the University of Liverpool has a broad portfolio in early and later phase trials, across a number of health conditions.

 

We are seeking an individual to play a leading role in the MRC NWHTMR and CTRC, including to further develop our portfolio of research in early phase clinical trials with the MHRA Phase I Accredited Royal Liverpool University Hospital Clinical Research Facility. You will join a national network of methodologists, http://www.methodologyhubs.mrc.ac.uk/, undertaking work that will ‘Improve health by improving trials’.
