A new bioinformatics lab at the School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, is looking for Ph.D. students

Our lab studies, using bioinformatic methods, different mechanisms of gene regulation. Our research utilizes various cutting-edge deep-sequencing techniques that allow genome-scale delineation of regulatory layers that were so far largely unexplored.

We are looking for highly motivated bioinformatics students with a strong interest in genomics.

Experience with NGS analysis and knowledge in R programming are an advantage.
