Dear Colleagues,
Compugen is a clinical-stage therapeutic discovery and development company utilizing computational approaches to identify novel drug targets and develop first-in-class therapeutics in the field of cancer immunotherapy. The Company’s therapeutic pipeline consists of immuno-oncology programs against novel drug targets that Compugen has discovered, including T cell immune checkpoints and myeloid target programs.
Recently, two antibodies targeting novel immune checkpoints that were discovered computationally by Compugen entered Phase 1 clinical trials: BAY 1905254, a first-in-class antibody targeting the ILDR2 protein that was licensed to Bayer AG, and COM701, a first-in-class cancer immunotherapy antibody targeting PVRIG that is pursued internally.
We would like to expand our computational discovery team with talented and highly motivated computational scientists that will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team of computational scientists, biologists and immunologists to develop and carry out the right analyses and algorithms towards discovering novel cancer treatments.
We are looking to hire both an Algorithm Developer / Computational Scientist and a Computational Biologist / Bioinformatician. The first position is for a scientist with a strong background in the exact / computational sciences, where a background or experience in biology is an advantage. The second position is for a bioinformatician with both programming skills and a solid background in biology.
