דרוש/ה: פסיכומטריקאי/ת למחקר ולפיתוח מבחנים

למחלקת המו"פ של חברת מידות, החברה המובילה בתחום של מבחני אמינות לעובדים, דרוש/ה סטטיסטיקאי/ת או פסיכומטריקאי/ת, לתפקיד אחראי בעריכת מחקר ופיתוח של מבחני מיון ממוחשבים וליווי מקצועי של לקוחות.

דרישות התפקיד:

·        תואר ראשון בסטטיסטיקה ו/או תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה

·        אוריינטציה מחקרית, ידע בסטטיסטיקה ובפסיכומטריקה ושליטה ב-SPSS ו-Excel.

·        ניסיון בפיתוח מבחנים ובעריכת מחקרי תוקף.

·        שליטה מלאה באנגלית (ידע בשפות נוספות – יתרון).

·        יכולת לעבוד בסביבה טכנולוגית.

מועד תחילת עבודה משוער – מיידי. העבודה באזור רמת גן.
