What is the job

ironSource Aura, a revolutionary large scale mobile platform, is looking for an outstanding and passionate data scientist to join our team. Join our team and you’ll have an opportunity to research, design, implement, and evaluate a variety of advanced ML algorithms using the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Apply cutting edge solutions while leveraging our vast amounts of data
• Develop on-line and scalable models and tools using machine learning, deep learning and NLP techniques
• Take on projects end-to-end from business question all the way to production
• Work alongside machine learning experts, big data engineers, product managers and developers from across the organization to solve complex problems

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering
• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist
• Experience solving complex business problems using state of the art algorithms
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and programming
• Good understanding of probability and statistics
• Team player, ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Independent, out of the box thinker

Advantage

• Experience working on an applied recommendations system solution
• Experience in NLP
• Experience with machine learning tools such as Tensorflow, Keras and Pytorch
• Experience with big-data frameworks (e.g. Kafka, Spark)
