The Braun School of Public Health at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Medicine seeks to fill a tenure-track position in the area of Biostatistics in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, or a related field, and significant post-doctoral experience.
The Faculty will consider applicants that have demonstrated excellence and creativity during their doctoral and postdoctoral training. Successful applicants are expected to carry out independent competitive research programs and participate in undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Applicants should submit the following documents on the application website no later than January 15, 2021.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Cover letter / Applicants' statement addressed to the dean, Prof. Dina Ben-Yehuda
- List of Publications
- Passport picture
- Scientific biography - description of your scientific achievements (one page)
- Research plans (no longer than three pages)
- Teaching statement (not longer than one page)
The Faculty's Search Committee will select a limited number of applicants who will be invited for an interview at the Faculty during February 2021.
