Hi All,

Ketcher 1.0 Beta5 is now available. This release introduces

structure aromatization and dearomatization using Indigo (server required)
pasting from file -- load a structure to clipboard and paste it to the canvas (those willing to extend Ketcher to suit their needs might also find the addFragment() method useful, e.g. in creating a custom template library)
improved user interface -- drop-down buttons are now easy to hit even on the touch screen; click once to select the tool or twice to open the drop-down list
R-group handling -- load or create new ones, specify attachment points and assign fragments
Reaxys generics support
improved Data S-group handling -- handling "attached" data, dragging for data fields, etc.
better touchscreen support (tested on iPad)

We keep working on the code to ensure better maintainability, portability and modularity. Already now one can implement custom tools (see rnd.Editor), and we intend to further make such tools pluggable, so different features (R-groups, reactions, etc.) could be enabled or disabled at will.
