¿ Heliotropium bacciferum ?
Dear friends,
I do not know about this plant, not at all sure whether it is Heliotropium bacciferum. The sessile inflorescence has some similarity to what I find in Alka ji's post in eFI. Her flickr album of Jaisalmer Jodhpur is also serving me as good and quick reference (many thanks Alka ji). This plant, or maybe there are several, look to me like a huge bundle of wire. I was not able to see any leaves. Please help with ID. |

Some earlier relevant feedback:
Thanks, Dinesh ji. Looks different from Alka ji's images. |
Pl. check comparative images at Amaranthaceae- from me
|
However, could not find a match myself. |
May be from some other family. - from me

May not be any Heliotropium ... I was just taking a guess, and could be very well from some other family. Hopefully we will get the ID. Regards. Dinesh
