It looks very close to N. cyanea Roxb., but differs in petal numbers and sepal character.

Since this set, recorded elsewhere some other time, feature flowers having more than 12 petals it should be N. cyanea Roxb. as per http://archive.lib.cmu.ac.th/full/T/2008/biol0708wl_ch3.pdf, but following TPL & GRIN I attach in this very thread.

Yes N. nauchalii, anther appendages are clearly seen in 6th photograph (second from left in second row) of first set.
