On further checking, I see some small ear-like structure (i.e. auriculate pseudo-stipule) at the base of each leaf stalk, in some of the leaves.
Pl. check.
If so, it should be Aristolochia elegans as per images and details herein.

Yes Garg ji, the plants at Dattaji Salvi Udyan as well as TMC Biodiversity Park, both are having small ear-like structure (i.e. auriculate pseudo-stipule) at the base of each leaf stalk - thus would be Aristolochia elegans as per keys.
