Thank you very much Pankaj and Sweedle for correcting the ID.

Clarification regarding citation -- is it Habenaria ovalifolia Wight ?
It is put as synonym of Habenaria furcifera Lindl. at The Plants List.

Regards.
Dinesh

Any published reference to show that Habenaria furcifera Lindl. is different from  Habenaria ovalifolia Wight ?
I have been generally following  The Plant List unless some later publications indicates otherwise.

Dear Tabish,
There is one article by Singh Jalal, J., & Jayanthi, J. (2018). An updated checklist of the orchids of Maharashtra, India. Lankesteriana: International Journal on Orchidology, 18(1).

Habenaria ovalifolia Wight is endemic to Western Ghats of India
Habenaria furcifera Lindl. is distributed almost India-wide, and further in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, China, Myanmar, Thailand.
