I think H. perforatum is a herb where as the plant here looks more like a big Climbing Shrub. I had also seen this along the same trail.

I think ji Balkar ji was right, Hypericum dyeri
Narrow almost elliptic-lanceolate, short petiole, sepals linear-lanceolate, spreading in bud all point to H. dyeri.
Flower size should help further.
