Yes the habit does look like Chaerophyllum, but difficult to say without close up. Also I have never seen pinkish flowers in Chaerophyllum.

Thank you very much Garg ji for resurfacing this query, and for putting Manoj Chandran ji's response.

Manoj ji ... thank you for your thought. The lack of aspects in the available photos is not helping you or Gurcharan ji.
Hopefully in the next trip will attempt to get to the fruits of such small herbs.
Will resurface this post then.

Chaerophyllum sp. - from Manoj ji 

Yes the habit does look like Chaerophyllum, but difficult to say without close up. Also I have never seen pinkish flowers in Chaerophyllum.- from Singh ji.
