Dear friends,

Please help with the Tamil name indumatticcingai in native script, for Caesalpinia cucullata (syn. Mezoneuron cucullatum).

Dinesh ji,

I think two names are combined here, as per FRLHT database. The possible Tamil script would be: இண்டு (indu), மாட்டிச்சீங்கை (matticcingai).The name 'Indu' is also generally applied to Acacia caesia (or any climbing Acacias!).
