Shrub for id Mirik Lake-W.Bengal

Dear All,

Recorded this plant from Mirik Lake, W. Bengal in May 2014. This was long pending, Dinesh Ji's post on Chionanthes reminded me about this.
I am enclosing some pics for id suggestion.
