Garden Plant for ID : Verbenaceae : 301111 : AK-2

A garden plant, cultivated taken at a plant nursery at Nasik on the 29th of Nov,11..
A small sapling, hardly one feet in height with white flowers.
The tiny flowers & leaves resembled Lantana.
A picture of the leaves is attached.
Verbenaceae?

I have doubts this is not Lamiaceae!

For me the plant looks like one of the varieties  of  Buddleja paniculata Wall.

It may be from Verbenaceae or Buddlejaceae. But it is not Buddleia.
