Small herb, stems terete, Prostrate. Photographed near "Dukes Nose- Khandala".

Bot. name: Geissaspis cristata

Local Name (Marathi): Barki

Family: Fabaceae

This is a gem of a plant.
You had posted it as your best picture of 2009. Shot at Akraswadi near Matheran.
I really like this one. I always thought that this must be a rare plant and I won't be able to observe this but I could spot it last month in Mulshi
