Some of my users sometimes forgot to add their observations to our Project (Auburn Ravine Citizen Science) when they did their observations, so when I run a query/download to get a CSV of all the observations in our Project, I am missing many observations.  Is there some way I could add their observations into our Project?  I really do not want to have to ask them all to log back on add dozens of their observations to our project.

You should be able to add them unless their settings are set to not let you do so. I don't think most projects have an option to bulk add them though

Yes, as charlie said, unless they've opted out of allowing you to add
their observations to your project, you should see an 'Add to project'
section on each of their observations and go ahead and add them to
your projects

Thank you!

We had over 200 observations on our project between Oct 2014 and April 2015.

I am now able to pull a spreadsheet showing all of them so I can run some reports!
