Broad Institute systems outage October 17-20 affects IGV

Most IT services at the Broad Institute, including all web sites, file servers, and database servers, will be down from 12:01 am on Thursday, October 17 and through Sunday, October 20.  How does this affect IGV users?
  • The File > Load from Server menu of Broad-hosted data will not be available.
  • Most IGV genomes will be available, except the following genomes will not be available.

Just a reminder that the Broad outage starts just after midnight, i.e. at 12:01 am on Thursday, October 17, and will last until late Sunday, October 20 (Boston time).
