Problem with Uploading Logo on Organization Info window

Hi,

I can't upload a logo for the Organization, it just displays a blank and hangs in there. I tested it on https://test.idempiere.org/ and the same thing happened. 

I just, clicked the box, then upload button, selected an image file(image.jpg) and on Ok on file browser, it hangs in the blank screen.

It is a layout bug. If you resize the window, the image will show.
