Hi Everyone,

Two topics:
(1) I am no longer able to materialize and run the iDempiere development environment from the development branch. The materialize process works; however, I get the attached error when I go to run server.product. This issue started around Tuesday of this week. What is interesting is that my development environment is now goes into a bad state. For example, when I perform a hg update release2.0 and I rebuild the project, it the environment shows project errors. The only way I can achieve success is to update to release2.0 THEN materialize the project.

(2) I believe the development branch will be used to create V3 features, and as a result I updated my iDempiere installer script to pull binaries from release2.0 (jenkins build idempiere2.0Daily). I believe that the release2.0 branch will contain the latest code for version 2.0 while the development branch will contain the bleeding edge features for 3.0. Please let me know if I am incorrect in the above assumptions.

Thanks for reading!

Good feedback! A take on my working environment is:
1. I hg pull -u occasionally to synch that new stuff does not break my present plugin design
2. Last week i did that and it does not break my budget module which is designed to not use or impact core (no sharing of tables by way of writing back except AD_Note.)
3. Long time ago i hit errors and could solve it by update the cspec query rather easily.
4. Update scripts, I have also done similarly to 2.0 daily source (see first scripts at:http://sourceforge.net/projects/red1/files/p2/)

Hi Carlos,

I just created a new machine from scratch, materialized iDempiere from the development branch tip (hg identify = 668e8d704e37), and I was able to successfully launch the server.product run config from within the development environment. Thanks!!
