Broken dependency

Hello team, I'm having issues materializing the project, i've create this entry:

The problem occours when I try to materialize idempiere using mvn verify -U command.

This happens from time to time ; you can see (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/idempiere/offline%7Csort:date/idempiere/FcVhbjhBjXA/QzZtikCpCAAJ)

In those cases, you can add '-offline' at the command :

mvn verify -U -offline
