Return to your root directory

Clear the cache

I would suggest trying this, and then seeing if you can log into the application.
I would also suggest doing a quick run-through of some of the main entities to make sure everything is working as expected - try creating a new description, linking a digital object, creating a repository, etc. If you're still having issues, we will probably need more information about your installation environment.... or (worst case scenario), you may want to try a fresh install.
Let's see if this works though!
Please note as well Tim's suggestion - he's linked to a solution posted by another user who was installing using CentOS, instead of our recommended installation environment (Ubuntu 14.04). Are you using something other than the recommendations - e.g. installing on Windows with WAMP or something similar; using Apache instead of Nginx, or using a different flavor of Linux?
