attribute_help html code in 1.3?

Hi all,
I belive that the attribute_help entries in the yaml localisation files allowed html-formatting in earlier versions of Hobo. It seems that in the 1.3 version the html-tags are converted to < and >. I need the attribute_help to retain its html tags. How do I do that?
