on click of publish document, can i make a post API call ?

Hi

My usecase is -

i'll be creating a document in hippo cms in which i'll have one text field.

Basically i want to store the version no. in that field.

in case author updates the value of that textfield and then save and publish the document. I want to make a post api call with new updated version number.

How can i acheive that ?

use event bus listener and listen to worflow (publish) events and trigger action when needed:
