I have a document in a folder which is shown in the jcr-console, but the document is not  shown in the cms.
The folder is visible in the cms, the folder also contains another document which is visible in the cms.
If I make a copy of the visible document in jcr, the copy is also not shown in the cms.

Does anybody know what to do about this problem?

Hi Eric,

it sounds like there is something wrong with your document, or the user you are logging in with has restricted permissions. What version of Hippo are you using? Can you see the document if you log in as an admin (full rights)?

Can you attach an export of your project's CND and the document node (from the handle)?

Then we can take a look at it to see what's wrong with it.

Thanks!

William

I am using admin account,  we are on hippo-version 7.9.8. The document is a resourcebundle so I exported the CND for the resourcebundle.
I also made an export for  the node, the document not shown in the CMS is the "validationlabels"-document. The "labels"-document is shown in the CMS.

Hi Eric,

how were these documents created?

I can see the problem: the "validationlabels" document's handle's name doesn't match the variant name (see [1] for info on what a handle is). I'm guessing this was created by moving nodes around in the console or by using the JCR API directly, or maybe there is a bug in the resource bundles plugin. If you could try and reproduce the steps you took to create the document that would be helpful.

To fix your document:

rename the variant node documenten/arbeidsvoorwaarden/validationlabels/labels to documenten/arbeidsvoorwaarden/validationlabels/validationlabels

That should get it working again.

Thanks!
