Hi,

According to the documentation [1] it is possible to use HTML5 file uploader, so that the user can select multiple files from the browse dialog.
But how should this be configured?

Thanks,
Armand.

I found what i was looking for: setting the "fileupload.useMultipleAttr" property  allows you to upload multiple files.

Good that you could find the solution. Do you have any suggestions on if and how we could improve our documentation on this point?

mvg,
Jasper

Hi,

The multi-file uploads was fixed on CMS7-8704 by using the jQuery-File-Upload widget [1]. Due to HTML5 compatibility, it only works for new browsers [2].

By default the HTML4 file upload is used. To use the new jQuery-File-Upload widget, you should use the CMS from version 2.26.13 and configure the property fileupload.jsMultiSelectionsEnabled.

Kind regards,
Canh.

Hi Canh,

Thank you for your reply.
I've been using Hippo CMS v7.9.6 and I've already ran <code>mvn clean install</code>, however my CMS version is still 2.26.12 (Control Panel >> System Information).
How do I update it to 2.26.13?

When I generated my project using the Maven archetype, the only version visible in my main project's pom.xml is 7.9.6.
Is there anyway from the pom.xml or is there any explanation in your documentation where I can tell the CMS version included?

Hi Eric,

The cms version is defined in the release pom file [1]. You can override the property "hippo.cms.version" with new version number (2.26.13) to replace the predefined one.
