Add cdnhost for only one webfile

Is there any way to add a cdn reference to just one webfile and leave all the others untouched?

Design artifacts that you don't want to use as webfiles can be added to the site module, and end up in the site.war that way.

Otherwise you may achieve your goal by using the included/excluded config options of webfiles, check out http://www.onehippo.org/library/concepts/web-files/web-files-configuration.html

You can configure a cdnhost per hst host, not per webfile, so what you want is not possible at this moment.
