Send mail on document publish request approval

Hi All,

My intention is to send a mail to certain admins when a document is approved. 

Basically, when the admin clicks on the "Accept Request-

It should send a mail to certain other admins. 

Now the main problem is, how do i capture the  "Accept Request" click on back end. 

And can we do it in "site", or in "cms"

Just subscribe to events [https://www.onehippo.org/library/concepts/workflow/workflow-events.html] 

like described here (Using a Delivery Tier Component):

I believe action is "acceptRequest", but, you can check that easily by yourself,
