Strange code of the day

In SDEC, there is this code.

PTSET(SDECY,INP...) ;SET patient demographics
D PTSET^SDEC53(.SDECY,.INP) Q

Notice the three dots. Is that Cache syntax? I have never seen that
before. Apparently it's intentional and not a typo, as it's repeated a
few times.

And I just checked XINDEX: It doesn't complain. That's why the
reviewers didn't catch it. Yet another problem with XINDEX.

Work this in.... as in start to use it??  This seems to me to be a corruption of mumps and a quick method to tie one's feet to having code only compatible with Cache'
