When I compile 'rddads' it creates 'libace32.dll.a'
Harbor expects 'libace32.a'. After renaming everything is ok

In this case this file is a Windows COFF .lib disguised as
(= renamed to) an `.a` file, and apparently ld is only able to
open it with a plain `.a` extension, and not with `.dll.a`.
Interestingly it can also find and open it with its original
name (`ace32.lib`) as well.

It is true for all COFF libs renamed this way, so this is likely
the same issue:
