Internet Explorer 9 and Discussions

Has anyone else had trouble with Discussions and IE9? Some adult students in our current courses are having a great deal of difficulty navigating the Discussions. Objects that have been embedded by other students tend to "float" over the viewing area. I have been able to narrow the issue down to IE9, and I have recommended using Chrome or Firefox.
