GrowlMail 1.4 is going to be completed soon. Due to several changes Apple made with Mavericks I will be making 1.4 as a 10.9+ release. You won't be able to just add compatibility UUIDs to 1.3.8 to get it working on 10.9 due those changes, unfortunately.

I have also taken this opportunity to add-in configuration options for specifying which mailboxes you get notifications from, which is discussed in http://code.google.com/p/growlmail/issues/detail?id=20

Just an update on where the Mavericks update for GrowlMail is.

Code on GrowlMail is complete at this point, working on two issues with the Growl framework itself.

the first issue is that it spews on launch about trying to register with growl while an attempt is already in progress
the second issue is a crash after a few growl notifications are sent

I believe i have both of these issues resolved, but I'm going to take another day to verify that they are indeed fixed before I post 1.4.

the upside is that in moving to the newer framework, notifications coming out of GrowlMail will be able to reveal the message in Mail via clicking on the notification again.

Run into snags? haha, just curious. No rush, Apple is still trying to fix Gmail :p

Yup. It turns out that the issues with the Growl framework were more widespread than i thought, i pulled on one thread only to have more and more unravel. I just finished fixing those issues and will be building and posting a beta tonight. I think its likely that i will try and run the beta and have a synchronized 1.4 final release when Apple posts 10.9.1, which is also imminent.
