Strange foreign language in Growl 1.3.3

Hello guys and girls!

I´m having a trouble that makes me go crazy. Installed Growl 1.3.3 via App Store some weeks ago, but I never got to choose language. Instead, I automatically got this; 

 

Please, does anybody know what to do to change the language? And yes, I´ve tried to delete and re-install Growl. It pisses me off that Growl can charge users for this shit, when you don't can do a basic thing as changing language...

Growl respects your system's language preferences, go to System
Preferences.app -> Language and Text -> Languages (first tab), and
make sure the language you would prefer is at the top, followed by any
secondary choices below it. Apple sometimes has what some might
consider odd choices for second/third/so on languages, and causes
users to get apps loading in languages they don't know.
