Are there any plans for an iOS app? I'm learning Objective-C/Cocoa and
thought it would be nice to work on a real project as I learn. An iOS
client for GrinnellPlans seems like a good idea.

There aren't any iOS apps at this point. [michaelh] (I think) made http://grinnellplans.com/iphone . I gave some thought to making an iOS app for for my own amusement/education, but then decided I should dedicate my hobby programming time to the rails rewrite of plans.

With the rewrite, we're determined to replicate existing plans functionality before we add new functionality to the server code, but I like the idea of a simple plans API.

Thanks for the info.
The current API has support for login, autolist, and read. I think these are enough for a simple app.
