The "Support site" link does not work for me. But if I add"www" in front of it it sends me to this group.
Same problem on the German version of the plugin website.

Thanks for the report; fixed.
Just had to change a setting that I know was already set, because I spent a while figuring out how to fix this same issue only a few months back. Time to set up a monitor, I guess, to be sure it doesn't break in the future.
