reload of all userscripts loaded into GM - automatically - after ffoxRESET

Hi: i have had to do the dreaded RESET firefox.. where you loose all your addons.. thus GM and all the user scripts i had loaded.
1) is there an easy way i can reload the userscripts (as my userscript profile, i have jsut checked does not keep a copy of the ones ive installed)
2) is there any way to create a backup of your userscripts loaded, so next time, i am not caught like now

It should be the case that if you completely shut down Firefox and then copy your scripts directory from the old to new (move away anything already in the new) profile directory, that things will come back.  But no guarantees.

Hi: i have found gm_scripts directory following ffox guidelines (application/firefox/...)
but it looks like its the new one only

where would the old one be?
or did i need to grab it BEFORE reset? (so its gone for this time)

found the old ones.
ffox in the RESET process created a new directory on my desktop "Old Firefox Data".
So will test copying these acorss to new directory.

unfortunately didnt work.
none of the scripts I put in the new directory are showing in GM.
