Script works on Windows Firefox but not works on Mac

Hello everyone!
Can you help me? I installed a game script that works on greasemonkey FF on my notebook (winXP) and my mac computer. A script does some queries to target site, reload pages depending on some parameters etc... Both work just fine when I'm working online doing some things (surfing web, clicking, reading docs). But I want this script to work on my notebook or computer when I sleep. And here is a problem: it works well on my notebook on XP and stops working in my Mac. Usually I use Mac and want the script working on it. What should I do to make it work? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure that OS still operate when you sleep?, maybe is
hibernating firefox wen you left it alone.

You could have the script write to a server log, or better ... some
sort of clock/counter handled by js, to check if it is running all the
time.

Its the script doing something could be interesting to comment here?,
withouth more information, only people with the exactly the same
problem [solved] can give you useful feedback.
