Mapknitter on OS X

Hi all,

Apologies if this is documented somewhere, but I'm having trouble running exports after installing mapknitter on OS X.  I can't tell based on the logs what the problem might be.  Presumably it is in warping, as that directory never gets created.  Any suggestions for dependencies needed on Mac?

You'll need ImageMagick and RMagick and GDAL - can you post your logs in a Gist?
