Whilst there are no IDE files stored in the Git repository, we do have:
GPars_CI_only.iml
GPars_CI_only.ipr
which I assume, given the title, are for the TeamCity testing in some
way. Flicking through the ipr file, it does seem a bit out of date.
What is the official way of updating it? Is this file dedicated to what
was master and is now 1_3_X or can it handle both branches?
