Mac terminal, getting a Permission Denied for webAppCreator

In Mac terminal, i am getting a Permission Denied when I try to run webAppCreator (part of Google Web Tool Kit).  This is used to create starter applications for tutorials.  I am accessing the correct file in the correct folder.

Any ideas?
