Cant get a certain url ?

Hi Guys : I'm trying to retrieve data from some URLs in the Client.

the first one is this :

works just fine. response code 20.

however, if i change "esearch" to "efetch", the response code is 0 !!!!

This is a very strange bug. I'm not even sure what a response code of 0 means ?
