Yes, the screen shots of the .project file should probably be updated
at some point although it would not make much difference. If you are
creating a GWT project using that wizard, it will be created correctly
in any case.
The old Instantiations forum shut down just recently (in the last
couple of weeks), but those links are still live (they are not
"dead"). That forum also correctly points you to the new support
location. The next time the docs are refreshed, this will be updated.
Doc refreshed typically occur around major product refreshes, so you
should not expect them to change in real time to reflect small changes
like this.
If you are trying to create a GWT project, I would encourage you to
use the Web Application project wizard that ships with GWT/GPE itself.
You did not mention which menu items you were referring to, but
assuming it is the "Convert project into GWT project" command, that
command is only available in the full version of GWT Designer (which I
assume you have not installed).
