GWT Designer Local archive

Hi
i can't install GWT Designer from eclipse.
I want to install GWT Designer from local archive but i can't
find .zip file for GWT Designer.
I want GWT Designer and Window Builder .zip archive
please help me

And I have another question if i install GPE from local i should
install GWT designer again or GPE has GWT Dsigner?
When i install GPE from archive file i encounter with a problem that
can't install Android feature of GPE on eclipse how can i install it?
I use eclipse jee 1.7
how can i download GWT documentation?

GPE includes GWT Designer.

The Android feature requires that you install the Android tools (ADT) first.
