All,

I've taken ownership of a GWT-based application that was created for
GWT version 2.1. I want to install GPE 2.1 to start and eventually
upgrade the app. Where can I find the GPE 2.1 install?

I think you can just install the latest GPE (http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/3.7) and use it with GWT SDK 2.1.
