how to wait until all the modules are loaded to show the page?

Hello my friends. 

I'm trying to find the way to show a progress bar (like gmail), so when a browser try to access the service, IT DOESN'T SHOW THE HMTL FIRST  (I MEAN, THE IMAGES, FOOTER, ETC), AND THEN LOAD THE MODULE. I WANT THE WHOLE THING LOAD AT THE SAME TIME? 

Any ideas?

You can put your whole page in a hidden div and then when the module
is loaded show the page.

Great. I'm going to try that.
I'm not really sure how when the module is completely load. But I'll
google it. At least I have a guide now
