RequestFactory : how to get a version change on the client's side?

I cannot find any sample of an object that would be modified server-side (say - a counter), with changes automatically fired up to the client (for display).

Which kind of event should I register to?

EntityProxyChange events are only fired in response to a RequestFactory request (just before the Receivers are called back); and the RequestFactoryServlet only "generates" such events for proxies it has seen either those sent by the client, or those it'll send to it.

Use EntityProxyChange.registerForProxyType to listen to those changes for a specific EntityProxy type.
