how to set the width of each widget in horizontalpanel?

as shown in the figure, if I add a datagrid in a HorizontalPanel, although I already set the datagrid width, but the space it occupy is very large and do not know how to control it (the width of the blue area in firebug).
In FlexTable, I can use setColWidth to set the width of the column, but if in HorizontalPanel, any method to set the width of the widget occupy (the blue area in the attachment)?
