Is it possible to add and later also remove (or just modify) a styleSheet rule?

Hello

Does any of those "css-handling" classes provide way of achieving %subj% please?

I have bunch of elements bearing known className whose style I would like to change. I think I know how to do that "the old way", but obviously I would prefer to use some proven/official method.
